For everyone staying at the camp, we will officially check you in to your cabins at The Lodge and and make sure you are set-up for the weekend. Once you check-in, you'll be able to park your car at Rock Climbing. Then you can feel free to explore and settle in. You are welcome to jump into the pool or the lake! If your travel requires that you arrive later and you're staying with us at camp, we will make sure that you can still check-in later. For those who are not staying with us, we will see you at the Welcome Party!

After everyone has checked in to their hotels or the camp, we are excited to welcome folks and kick off the fun! This event will take place at The Gymnasium. For anyone who isn't staying at camp, we ask that you park at Rock Climbing before heading over.

Before the wedding, we invite everyone to enjoy camp - jump in the lake or the pool, play pickleball or tennis, take a hike, or even try out "The Blob." While more information will be shared when you "check-in" at camp, you can expect that there will be breakfast and lunch provided.

Our wedding will take place outside at the camp at The Point, and we want you to feel the most comfortable and ready to have fun. Leave your heels at home. For those not staying at camp, please park at Rock Climbing. Please plan to arrive for the ceremony at 3:30pm at The Point, as it will begin promptly at 4:00pm. After the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and the Reception will take place at the Dining Hall.

Before you officially check-out and head back to the airport, there will be one last meal together in the morning. Everyone must be out by 11am, and we will have a shuttle for folks who need transport to the Asheville Regional Airport.
